Make Your Tickets Refundable for Any Reason
For select Tickets on SeatGeek, you have the opportunity to make your Tickets refundable – for any reason – up to 48 hours before the event starts for a service-charge ("Refundable Ticket Service"). For eligible Tickets, you will be given the chance to purchase this option at the checkout page. The Refundable Ticket Service is not insurance.
By purchasing the Refundable Ticket Service, you agree with the following:
- Return Before 48 Hours of Your Event: Your Ticket is refundable up to 48 hours prior to the event time – for any reason. This means, you must return your Ticket before this 48-hour deadline to receive the refund. Any return within 48 hours of the event time will not be permitted and is ineligible for any refund.
- No Partial Refunds Allowed: The Refundable Ticket Service applies to your entire order and the refund cannot be claimed for only a certain number of your Tickets within your order.
- Service-Charge Not Refundable, Except Under Buyer Guarantee: The service-charge for the Refundable Ticket Service is nonrefundable, unless the Ticket in your order is eligible for a refund under our Buyer Guarantee. In this case, the service-charge will be refunded to you along with the cost of your Ticket in accordance with our Buyer Guarantee. In case of event cancellations covered by our Buyer Guarantee, if you claim your refund through the Refundable Ticket Service before an event is cancelled, you will not receive a refund for the service-charge.
- Event Postponement: If your event gets postponed or rescheduled, you will be able to return your Ticket up to 48 hours before the newly scheduled event time.
- Discounts & Promotions: If you claim your refund, any discounts or promotions that were applied to your order will not be refunded or credited back to your Account.
- Account Credits: If you elect the Refundable Ticket Service to be included in your order, account credits cannot be used to pay for that order.
