Great Customer Service
I tested positive for Covid one day before I was scheduled to see a show I had been looking forward to for a long time. I called support and at 10 pm on a Monday they were able to transfer my tickets to the same seats the following month, to a date of my choosing. Great buying experience!

This Was Great!!
My first ever concert was Tyler, the Creators Chromakopia world tour in Philly. SeatGeek made not only finding amazing suite seats super easy but made finding parking easy too! Great app for tickets!
Used mainly for Cavs tickets, but this app and company is great with buying tickets. Even when there is an issue, customer service is excellent and will fix problems. Love Seatgeek!May 13
Very easy to use
This app is much easier to use than other ticket apps I wish we could download sales history and I also wish for buyer to have better ‘view from the seat’ (row 2 v row 30 should look different).Jan 9

Seat Geek is surprisingly really good. I’ve used a few of the other ticket apps and they are expensive and charge pretty high fees. The app is super easy to use and works well at the ticket line getting in places. I haven’t had any troubles at all and I’ve been to 10 events using seat geek with my girlfriend. Big Fan!!Jun 9
Great prices and low fees
My third year buying tickets from SeatGeek. The availability of tickets and low fees along with seat maps and price recommendations can't be beat. Other sites lure you in with a price but the fees can add 25% or more. Also easy to sell tickets when I can't make it.
