Great Customer Service
I tested positive for Covid one day before I was scheduled to see a show I had been looking forward to for a long time. I called support and at 10 pm on a Monday they were able to transfer my tickets to the same seats the following month, to a date of my choosing. I use Seat Geek for Concert Tickets. Sometimes they send my orders to Ticketmaster to handle the process. It’s cool though. I’ve never had any problems.Nov 19
