I buy all my tickets on SeatGeek when possible I just make sure I se the prices to all fees included so there are no surprises. I like that it keeps history of all the events you have bought over the years. Their support team is also very helpful. I bought some World Series tickets once and they were marked as regular tickets in the app and once the seller sent the tickets they came up as obstructed view so I called support and got a full refund.Aug 23
Seat geek is awesome.
I am so happy with SeatGeek! It is a much friendlier user interface than StubHub. I had some really bad experiences with StubHub lately. Their customer service is horrible. However has been nothing but exceptional and the selection and service is incredible.Nov 4
Great Customer Service
I tested positive for Covid one day before I was scheduled to see a show I had been looking forward to for a long time. I called support and at 10 pm on a Monday they were able to transfer my tickets to the same seats the following month, to a date of my choosing.
