Great Service
I’ve never had a problem with this website. I always get my tickets on time and they’re exactly as promised no hidden fees. It’s a wonderful place to go to for concert tickets, game day tickets or anything else that you’re looking for I would highly recommend this.Jun 22
Metallica
My wife and I used Seat Geek for the first time last year we bought tickets for both nights of the Metallica concert in May in Nashville and we are outside of Chicago so it was a vacation we had to save for we bought the cheapest tickets and the day of because of production issues they moved us 5 rows from the floor great seats and they made it really right. it’s great
it does the job and i like the lack of secretive fees. though, i would recommend to anyone to check the website of the event/artist to see if there are competitive prices. additionally, i would recommend checking axs.Oct 20

Great Customer Service
I tested positive for Covid one day before I was scheduled to see a show I had been looking forward to for a long time. I called support and at 10 pm on a Monday they were able to transfer my tickets to the same seats the following month, to a date of my choosing. They coordinated with the box office and sent me follow ups every step of the way. Thanks Ash at Seat Geek!
