Great Customer Service
I tested positive for Covid one day before I was scheduled to see a show I had been looking forward to for a long time. I called support and at 10 pm on a Monday they were able to transfer my tickets to the same seats the following month, to a date of my choosing. Seat Geek is surprisingly really good. I’ve used a few of the other ticket apps and they are expensive and charge pretty high fees.
