Ticket Issue
SeatGeek’s team was great in assistance when the seller was not able to transfer the tickets I purchased. SeatGeek sent us tickets in the same section closer to the rink for no additional cost. Would highly recommend.May 21

Very user friendly interface. I’ve used SeatGeek several times and have had a flawless experience every time. Just be mindful of the extra fees to make sure your really getting a good deal. Great Customer Service
I tested positive for Covid one day before I was scheduled to see a show I had been looking forward to for a long time. I called support and at 10 pm on a Monday they were able to transfer my tickets to the same seats the following month, to a date of my choosing.
