Great Customer Service
I tested positive for Covid one day before I was scheduled to see a show I had been looking forward to for a long time. I called support and at 10 pm on a Monday they were able to transfer my tickets to the same seats the following month, to a date of my choosing. SeatGeek must have app for anyone
Looking for the best ticket prices for a game or concert seat geek is a must have! While it's nice to have on your iPhone while on the go...using it on your iPad is the best! I've used it a lot of times and have gone to some of the biggest events while not paying an arm and a leg!Feb 22

Great experience
I buy all my tickets on SeatGeek when possible I just make sure I se the prices to all fees included so there are no surprises. I like that it keeps history of all the events you have bought over the years. Their support team is also very helpful. I bought some World Series tickets once and they were marked as regular tickets in the app and once the seller sent the tickets they came up as obstructed view so I called support and got a full refund.Oct 2
Most Intuitive App

Very user friendly interface. I’ve used SeatGeek several times and have had a flawless experience every time. Just be mindful of the extra fees to make sure your really getting a good deal. You can toggle on the “See with incl fees” feature to give you a better sense of the value while you search for seats.
