Great Customer Service
I tested positive for Covid one day before I was scheduled to see a show I had been looking forward to for a long time. I called support and at 10 pm on a Monday they were able to transfer my tickets to the same seats the following month, to a date of my choosing. After spending extra on tickets I can confirm SeatGeek has the best options out there. Red means bad green means good for a good price too. I always use SeatGeek for my concerts and shows to purchase tickets.Oct 22

Great prices and low fees
My third year buying tickets from SeatGeek. The availability of tickets and low fees along with seat maps and price recommendations can't be beat. Other sites lure you in with a price but the fees can add 25% or more. Also easy to sell tickets when I can't make it. Finally, tickets available right to start time allowing choices at last minuteJul 7
Great experience
I buy all my tickets on SeatGeek when possible I just make sure I se the prices to all fees included so there are no surprises. I like that it keeps history of all the events you have bought over the years. Their support team is also very helpful. I bought some World Series tickets once and they were marked as regular tickets in the app and once the seller sent the tickets they came up as obstructed view so I called support and got a full refund.Sep 19
Seat Geek Is Great
I love seatgeak because when I used it. Like 2 times it was very easy to find a seat I liked and it worked super well. The value dots are amazing as well green is good and red is bad and orange is ok. I like that it’s visual. Also the interface is very simplistic and easy to navigate. 5 stars!Sep 12

Seat Geek!! Best prices with fees included! Immediate receipt of tickets via app!! Seat/Row views! The Row Designation line in the stadium chart view! App remembers my “include fees” option (don’t have to constantly check if “fees included” tab is chosen/on)!!Sep 28
