Jerry Seinfeld is at a pretty rarefied place for a performer. The star of Seinfeld and the popular Netflix series Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee doesn’t really need to tour. His sitcom will be in syndication until the sun explodes and the Netflix checks for gabbing with fellow comics can’t hurt.

But Seinfeld is, first and foremost, a comedian. He’s a man who made his name by not being able to hold his tongue about the weird ways we all move through the world. And it seems like he’s fit to burst again, as the veteran comic will spend the back half of the year on tour behind new material.

Seinfeld Live starts on August 2 at the Santander Performing Arts Center in Reading. He’ll spend about a week in the Northeast with two shows at Atlantic City’s Borgata before a one-off show in Long Beach. Shows in Florida and Georgia follow ahead of a two-set night at New York City’s Beacon Theatre.

Seinfeld will return to the Beacon repeatedly throughout the tour, so if you’re placing bets on the setting of his eventual televised special, there’s your favorite. In between runs at the Beacon, he’ll play several shows at Caesars Palace and the Chicago Theatre. The tour will close out with a set at the Winstar Casino in Oklahoma on December 7.
