After two years without having a home stadium to call their own, the Los Angeles Chargers are set to move into SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, CA, for the 2020 season.

SoFi Stadium is a state-of-the-art venue t hat seats over 70,000 fans and cost an estimated $4.9 billion to develop and construct. The Chargers will share the stadium with the Los Angeles Rams, like how the Jets and Giants both play at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey.

The Chargers new stadium will be everything a football fan could want in a stadium, as it’s the first-ever completely covered outdoor sports venue. SoFi Stadium also will feature the league’s first-ever 360-degree dual-sided video board, which will have an ultra-high definition 4k resolution. Not bad!

How to Purchase Chargers Season Tickets

If you’re interested in buying season tickets for the upcoming 2020 campaign, you should act fast as the Chargers have routinely sold out their season ticket allotments over the past handful of years.

Those who are interested in purchasing Chargers season tickets can fill out a form electronically through the team’s website, and a representative from the team’s ticketing department will contact you within 1-2 days. 

Season Ticket Pricing Information

Season ticket prices for the 2020 season have been released via the team, and can be found here. 

If you studied the chart carefully, you’ve probably noticed that there were two separate prices: one for the per-game cost of the seat and one “SSL price” per seat. SSL stands for stadium seat license, which is a one-time payment made by season ticket holders to secure the right to purchase season tickets. This means that new season ticket holders will have to pay an upfront fee on top of the cost of their tickets for the 2020 season.

The SSL fees are relatively manageable for seats in the upper deck but get progressively more expensive for the more desirable seat locations.
