My wife and I used Seat Geek for the first time last year we bought tickets for both nights of the Metallica concert in May in Nashville and we are outside of Chicago so it was a vacation we had to save for we bought the cheapest tickets and the day of because of production issues they moved us 5 rows from the floor great seats and they made it really right. SeatGeek has a great interface and it is very easy and straightforward to use! Best to use when the team/artist uses SeatGeek as their official site for selling tickets.

No issues with ticket reception, unlike StubHub which has screwed me over one too many times. I do wish they would ease off on their fees a little.

The app is super easy to use, both to get tickets & to have your tickets scanned at the game.

So far seat geek has been great… I can see my tickets for my upcoming event.. I didn’t have to search for them.. they were available for as soon as I downloaded the app.. it’s been awesome thus far…

Ap notifications on promos are good, email promos are good. It’s not an overload of spam. They need to market deals somehow, and they do it well.
