After this app was pushed and shoved to my face by every influencer and public figure I finally budged! And I regret not doing so sooner! Thank you TRISHA PAYTAS! This really is the best app to shop concerts and events! I’ve gone to 5 different concerts this year all thanks to seat geek! I’ve been able to get floor or front row tickets for mayor concerts like Olivia Rodrigo, Nicki Minaj, Gloria Trevi, the Cancrlled pod! It’s my go to
There is a reason why so many YouTubers promote this app. It’s so quality and truly does find the best deals and seating every where. Also, it simply finds events that are poorly advertised else where. If it not been for seat geek I would not of known AEW was in my area soon. One thing I’d like to suggest is maybe have a feature where users can select interests and be notified when said interests are within a 50 mile radius. That would be a cool featureMay 13

This app is much easier to use than other ticket apps I wish we could download sales history and I also wish for buyer to have better ‘view from the seat’ (row 2 v row 30 should look different).
About Snarky Puppy Tickets
Snarky Puppy is an instrumental collective founded in Denton, Texas, by bassist/composer Michael League in 2003-2004, while he was a student at the University of North Texas. What began as a small group of college friends playing League’s compositions quickly evolved. They drew influence from jazz, funk, R&B, gospel, and world music, especially as they became more involved with the Dallas gospel/R&B community. The ensemble has a rotating roster known as “The Fam,” with dozens of musicians contributing over time, which gives their live performances and recordings rich instrumentation and a deep sense of improvisation and collaboration.
What sets them apart is both musical ambition and a DIY ethic. They often record in front of small live audiences (or with studio audiences), and they constantly push boundaries in terms of genre, arrangement, and ensemble size. Their sound is layered and complex but still very groove-oriented; in concert, many songs evolve, with solos, rhythmic shifts, and new textures emerging over time. They are also deeply invested in education, offering clinics, masterclasses, and forming a label (GroundUP Music) and a music festival with that same name to nurture artists and students.
On the awards and highlight front, Snarky Puppy has had a string of major successes. They’ve released many albums; one of their recent releases, Empire Central (2022), was recorded in Dallas and won the Grammy for Best Contemporary Instrumental Album. Other albums that earned them Grammys include Sylva, Culcha Vulcha, Live at the Royal Albert Hall, etc. They also won a Grammy in 2014 for Best R&B Performance for the song “Something,” featuring Lalah Hathaway. Over the years, they’ve toured extensively, developed a loyal international fanbase, and consistently received critical acclaim for their musicality, arranging, and live performances.

Empire Central won the Grammy for Best Contemporary Instrumental Album. (It also marks the last album featuring longtime keyboardist Shaun Martin, who passed away in 2024.)
In addition, Snarky Puppy is working on a collaborative orchestral project called Somni with the Metropole Orkest, planned for a 2025 release. This suggests a new direction and expansion of their sound.
