Great Customer Service
I tested positive for Covid one day before I was scheduled to see a show I had been looking forward to for a long time. I called support and at 10 pm on a Monday they were able to transfer my tickets to the same seats the following month, to a date of my choosing. Even though I’ve used this app twice since I got to compare ticket prices and put up a ticket a bought that I no longer need for sale. I would suggest others to use this app for great ticket prices for concerts, sports games, etc.Jul 10

BEST TICKET APP OUT THERE
Love seat geek! I use it for any event concerts, baseball games, college football/basketball, etc and it never gives me any problems. It is very convenient as well and allows almost all tickets to be loaded to apple wallet! It’s great!Oct 16

Very convenient to sell tickets. SeatGeek provides a recommended price and then lists your tickets as a good or bad deal. Every pair of tickets that I’ve listed has sold quickly and they only charge a 10% fee for the sale, not bad at all.Jun 23

Better the rest!
Has better view of seating and it’s the easiest to use out of vivid, events ticket center, Ticketmaster and stub hub. And most importantly, I always find the best prices on SeatGeek!Jan 10

Ticket Issue
SeatGeek’s team was great in assistance when the seller was not able to transfer the tickets I purchased. SeatGeek sent us tickets in the same section closer to the rink for no additional cost. Would highly recommend.Jun 10
