The group blends Southern rock, folk, and alternative influences, often exploring themes of faith, personal struggle, and resilience. Over the years, they've released multiple albums and built a dedicated fanbase through their powerful live performances.

Yes, NEEDTOBREATHE completed The Long Surrender Tour in 2026, a 25-date U.S. amphitheater run supporting their tenth studio album of the same name. The run spanned August through September 2026, visiting outdoor venues across the Pacific Northwest, the Midwest, the South, and the Southeast, with Drew and Ellie Holcomb opening every night. A 2027 continuation of The Long Surrender Tour has since been announced, giving fans who missed the summer run another opportunity to see the band live.

The Long Surrender is NEEDTOBREATHE's tenth studio album, released on March 27, 2026, and it serves as the foundation for the band's entire current touring cycle. Produced by Dave Cobb, the record signals a roots-forward direction for the band and represents a milestone in a career that has generated five No. 1 albums and more than three billion career streams. The album's material is woven directly into the live show, with The Long Surrender Tour built around bringing the new songs to amphitheater-sized audiences across the country.

Yes, NEEDTOBREATHE announced a new leg of The Long Surrender Tour launching in February 2027, extending the touring cycle well beyond the summer and fall 2026 amphitheater run. Tickets for the 2027 dates went on sale starting October 2, 2026. The new leg features The National Parks as a special guest on select dates, offering a slightly different supporting lineup from the Drew and Ellie Holcomb pairings that defined the 2026 run.
