    About The Wiggles Tickets

The Wiggles are an Australian children’s music group that became a global phenomenon through their cheerful songs, colorful characters, and engaging performances. Formed in 1991 in Sydney, the group was created by Anthony Field, Murray Cook, Greg Page, and Jeff Fatt — all of whom had backgrounds in early childhood education and music. Anthony Field, who previously played in the pop band The Cockroaches, was studying early childhood teaching when he realized that music could be a powerful learning tool for young children. Combining their musical talents and teaching experience, the four original members set out to create educational songs that were fun, interactive, and developmentally engaging, giving birth to what would become one of the most beloved children’s acts in history.

The Wiggles’ early years were marked by grassroots success in Australia, performing at preschools, shopping centers, and local events before gaining widespread popularity through their debut self-titled album and television appearances. Their signature colors — blue, red, yellow, and purple — along with characters like Dorothy the Dinosaur, Captain Feathersword, Henry the Octopus, and Wags the Dog, became instantly recognizable to children around the world. By the late 1990s and early 2000s, The Wiggles had achieved international fame, touring extensively across North America, Europe, and Asia, and becoming a fixture on children’s television with shows that aired in dozens of countries. Their music — from “Hot Potato” and “Fruit Salad” to “Rock-a-Bye Your Bear” — became staples of early childhood entertainment.

Over the decades, The Wiggles have gone through several lineup changes, evolving to include new members while maintaining their mission to educate and entertain. In recent years, the group has expanded to include a more diverse cast, introducing new performers like Tsehay Hawkins and Evie Ferris, ensuring that the next generation of children see themselves represented on stage. They have received numerous awards, including ARIA Awards and recognition for their contributions to children’s education and entertainment. With more than 30 years of performing, The Wiggles continue to captivate young audiences worldwide, proving that their blend of music, learning, and joy is timeless.

The Wiggles have announced a major arena & family show tour called “The Wiggles: Tree of Wisdom Big Show Arena Spectacular!” which will be their 2026 USA & Canada leg.

The Wiggles' Tree of Wisdom Spectacular will run from August 12, 2026 through August 29, 2026.

On The Tree of Wisdom Spectacular, The Wiggles will visit major cities including Orlando, Charlotte, New York, Boston, Toronto, and more.

The Wiggles are an Australian children’s music and entertainment group formed in 1991 in Sydney. They were created by early-childhood educator and musician Anthony Field, along with Murray Cook, Greg Page and Jeff Fatt, combining teaching backgrounds with musical performance to delight preschool-aged audiences. Over the decades the line-up has evolved, but the brand has remained centred on lively songs, colourful costumes (Blue, Red, Yellow and Purple Wiggles), and their friends Dorothy the Dinosaur, Captain Feathersword, Henry the Octopus and Wags the Dog. Their mix of fun, movement and education has made them a globally recognised family-friendly act.

The Wiggles' most recent major release is the album titled Wiggle Up, Giddy Up!, which dropped in March 2025. The album takes a country-music turn, featuring collaborations with notable artists in the genre and introducing children’s music fans to country-tinged songs of friendship, fun and movement. It shows The Wiggles continuing to innovate while staying true to their mission of entertaining and educating young children through music and performance.
