The Menu Salad (EC Small Batch) -Crisp endive, toasted walnuts, fontina cheese, sourdough croutons, Aleppo pepper, blood orange bourbon vinaigrette. Appetizer (Heaven Hill Bottled in Bond) -Seared jumbo scallops, shallot, pancetta, bourbon bing cherry jam, crispy leeks. Entrée (Larceny) -Seared beef medallions, demi-glace, stilton cheese, bourbon mashed potatoes, braised garlic broccolini. Dessert (Toasted Barrel) -Minted bourbon flan.
