About LeAnn Rimes Tickets
LeAnn Rimes (Margaret LeAnn Rimes Cibrian) was born in Jackson, Mississippi, in August 1982 and raised in Garland, Texas. She began performing as a young child, singing and dancing by age five in local talent shows and even competing on Star Search at eight. By nine, she had already cut her first independent album released by her father’s label, and a Dallas DJ named Bill Mack took notice, guiding her toward a major-label breakthrough with the song “Blue."
Her major label debut came in 1996 with the album Blue, released just before her 14th birthday. It soared to No. 1 on Billboard’s Top Country Albums chart and No. 3 on the Billboard 200, eventually achieving 6× Platinum certification in the U.S. In 1997, LeAnn became the youngest artist ever to win the Grammy Award for Best New Artist and Best Female Country Vocal Performance. Her crossover hit “How Do I Live” set records as one of the longest-running songs on the Billboard Hot 100 and earned massive international success, followed by pop-leaning albums like You Light Up My Life (1997) and Sittin’ on Top of the World (1998) that further expanded her fan base.
Throughout her career, Rimes has sold over 48 million units worldwide, with more than 63 singles charting internationally. She’s garnered multiple major awards—including 2 Grammys, 12 Billboard Music Awards and 3 Academy of Country Music Awards—and was honored with the 2022 ASCAP Golden Note Award for her songwriter legacy. Beyond country and pop, she explored spiritual and ambient music with albums like CHANT: The Human & the Holy (2020) and her acclaimed 2022 release God’s Work, which earned praise from Variety and featured collaborations with artists like Ziggy Marley, Mickey Guyton, Ben Harper, Aloe Blacc and more. LeAnn has also acted in films like Holiday in Your Heart and Coyote Ugly, participated in reality shows such as The Masked Singer (which she won in 2020), and now hosts her podcast Wholly Human, focusing on mental wellness and personal growth.
