Great Customer Service
I tested positive for Covid one day before I was scheduled to see a show I had been looking forward to for a long time. I called support and at 10 pm on a Monday they were able to transfer my tickets to the same seats the following month, to a date of my choosing. They coordinated with the box office and sent me follow ups every step of the way. Thanks Ash at Seat Geek!Feb 22

Great app for tickets!
Used mainly for Cavs tickets, but this app and company is great with buying tickets. Even when there is an issue, customer service is excellent and will fix problems. Love Seatgeek!
