I tested positive for Covid one day before I was scheduled to see a show I had been looking forward to for a long time. I called support and at 10 pm on a Monday they were able to transfer my tickets to the same seats the following month, to a date of my choosing. Seat Geek is surprisingly really good. I’ve used a few of the other ticket apps and they are expensive and charge pretty high fees. The app is super easy to use and works well at the ticket line getting in places. I haven’t had any troubles at all and I’ve been to 10 events using seat geek with my girlfriend. Big Fan!!

So far seat geek has been great… I can see my tickets for my upcoming event.. I didn’t have to search for them.. they were available for as soon as I downloaded the app.. it’s been awesome thus far…

SeatGeek is awesome! My wife and I tried to purchase tickets through Gametime, but they never sent the tickets. Standing outside of the stadium just before kickoff, we worried that we would miss her first NFL game. Thankfully, SeatGeek sends the tickets directly and efficiently! Thank you SeatGeek for getting us to see our favorite team!

If you know how to use this app and find your ways around it you will honestly find very low price tickets and good seats I enjoyed my first Steelers game front row seat really recommend this app better than TickPick 💯

There is a reason why so many YouTubers promote this app. It’s so quality and truly does find the best deals and seating every where. Also, it simply finds events that are poorly advertised else where. If it not been for seat geek I would not of known AEW was in my area soon. One thing I’d like to suggest is maybe have a feature where users can select interests and be notified when said interests are within a 50 mile radius. That would be a cool feature
