Citi Field Seating Chart

Citi Field, home of the New York Mets, is located in the Flushing section of Queens. It opened for the 2009 season as the new home of the Mets after Shea Stadium was torn down.

It currently has a seating capacity of 41,922. The venue will be packed come July 12 through July 16, as the Mets will be hosting the MLB All Star Game in 2013.

Citi Field Mascot

The mascot of the New York Mets, who calls Citi Field home, is none other than Mr. Met. With a huge baseball head, big smile and friendly demeanor, Mr. Met is one of the most revered mascots in all of baseball. Mr. Met was first seen on April 11, 1962, the Mets inaugural season and has been a main stay ever since at Mets home games.
