I tested positive for Covid one day before I was scheduled to see a show I had been looking forward to for a long time. I called support and at 10 pm on a Monday they were able to transfer my tickets to the same seats the following month, to a date of my choosing. Even though I’ve used this app twice since I got to compare ticket prices and put up a ticket a bought that I no longer need for sale. I would suggest others to use this app for great ticket prices for concerts, sports games, etc.
