Amazing
First time using an app to buy tickets! Found better rates than Ticketmaster… I won’t be using them again. Seat Geek is the way to go! Thank you so much for having a quick, easy and insightful app! You all Rock!!!!!Jun 30
Great app for tickets!
Used mainly for Cavs tickets, but this app and company is great with buying tickets. Even when there is an issue, customer service is excellent and will fix problems. Love Seatgeek!May 15
LOVE that I bought tickets for DODGER SF game in the Bay, then bought RAIDER GAME, now Game 163

Baseball Tour
Seat Geek got us great pricing easily. We visited 3 ballparks in California and the Arizona Diamondbacks in ONE amazing week.Oct 15
Reliable and User Friendly
No issues with ticket reception, unlike StubHub which has screwed me over one too many times. I do wish they would ease off on their fees a little.Sep 16
Good Ap, good promos
Ap notifications on promos are good, email promos are good. It’s not an overload of spam. They need to market deals somehow, and they do it well.May 30
MLB tickets
In the last two weeks, we have used seat geek twice. Once for Yankees vs Blue jays and blue jays vs cubs. Each time the seat selection and delivery were easy. I wish the seats were a better deal but each city sets their prices. We are enjoying the appJan 22
Great way to buy tickets
SeatGeek has a great interface and it is very easy and straightforward to use! Best to use when the team/artist uses SeatGeek as their official site for selling tickets.Nov 4
Great Customer Service
I tested positive for Covid one day before I was scheduled to see a show I had been looking forward to for a long time. I called support and at 10 pm on a Monday they were able to transfer my tickets to the same seats the following month, to a date of my choosing. They coordinated with the box office and sent me follow ups every step of the way. Thanks Ash at Seat Geek!
