    Best Ticketing App

Every event i’ve ever been to, I know I can always trust this app for purchasing tickets. It’s so quick and easy and I can guarantee that if you’re wanting to go to whatever event, and you’re worried about today’s prices, they’ll always be cheaper and affordable tomorrow and sometimes even after just 12 hours (it also helps when my favorite creators have promo codes I can use or save for future purchases).

    Great prices and low fees

My third year buying tickets from SeatGeek. The availability of tickets and low fees along with seat maps and price recommendations can't be beat. Other sites lure you in with a price but the fees can add 25% or more. Also easy to sell tickets when I can't make it. Finally, tickets available right to start time allowing choices at last minute

    The best ticket app

Very convenient to sell tickets. SeatGeek provides a recommended price and then lists your tickets as a good or bad deal. Every pair of tickets that I’ve listed has sold quickly and they only charge a 10% fee for the sale, not bad at all.

About Rainbow Kitten Surprise Tickets

Rainbow Kitten Surprise (often abbreviated as RKS) is an American indie rock band known for their genre-blending sound, poetic lyrics, and emotionally charged performances. The group was formed in 2013 at Appalachian State University in Boone, North Carolina, by friends Sam Melo (vocals) and Darrick “Bozzy” Keller (guitar). What started as a dorm room recording project quickly evolved into a full band with the addition of Ethan Goodpaster (lead guitar), Jess Haney (drums), and Charlie Holt (bass). Their early EPs, Mary and Seven + Mary, showcased their distinct mix of folk, alternative, and pop-rock — and their raw authenticity began attracting an underground following online.

The band’s breakout came with their 2015 debut album Seven + Mary and, more notably, their 2018 release How to: Friend, Love, Freefall. The latter marked their major-label debut with Elektra Records and propelled RKS into the indie mainstream with hits like “It’s Called: Freefall,” “Cocaine Jesus,” and “Fever Pitch.” These songs highlighted Melo’s introspective songwriting and the group’s ability to balance infectious melodies with deep emotional storytelling. Their live shows — often described as cathartic, unpredictable, and communal — helped them build a passionate fan base and land slots at major festivals like Bonnaroo, Lollapalooza, and Austin City Limits.

In 2023, RKS made headlines when lead singer Sam Melo came out as transgender, marking a significant and deeply personal chapter in the band’s journey. The group returned with their highly anticipated 2024 album Love Hate Music Box, which explores themes of self-discovery, identity, and acceptance. The album received critical praise for its vulnerability and sonic evolution, cementing Rainbow Kitten Surprise’s reputation as one of the most compelling and emotionally resonant bands in modern indie rock. With their combination of lyrical depth, genre fluidity, and fearless honesty, RKS continues to redefine what it means to be an alternative band in the 21st century.

Rainbow Kitten Surprise have mapped out a Spring/Summer 2026 tour called bones.

Rainbow Kitten Surprise's bones tour will run March 1 through September 23, 2026.

Common People and Spacey Jane will open on select dates for Rainbow Kitten Surprise's bones tour.
