My wife and I used Seat Geek for the first time last year we bought tickets for both nights of the Metallica concert in May in Nashville and we are outside of Chicago so it was a vacation we had to save for we bought the cheapest tickets and the day of because of production issues they moved us 5 rows from the floor great seats and they made it really right. This is best app i’ve used to purchase tickets, hands down! I purchase a ton of tickets to live events, and i’ve only had the best experiences using SeatGeek. The deal score feature is incredible and I especially like that you have seat views within the app! Real simple to use!

Very user friendly interface. I’ve used SeatGeek several times and have had a flawless experience every time. Just be mindful of the extra fees to make sure your really getting a good deal. You can toggle on the “See with incl fees” feature to give you a better sense of the value while you search for seats.

Ap notifications on promos are good, email promos are good. It’s not an overload of spam. They need to market deals somehow, and they do it well.

So far Seat Geek has allowed me to see some very good shows for a very good price.Customer service has been excellent.I use seat geek for all my concert tickets!

Seatgeek has been my go to ticket app from sports to concerts for almost a decade now, you can’t find a more transparent, easy to use app anywhere!

SeatGeek has gotten a lot better and easier to use. In the past I would avoid it, but they have really worked hard and making it easy and intuitive to use.

I tested positive for Covid one day before I was scheduled to see a show I had been looking forward to for a long time. I called support and at 10 pm on a Monday they were able to transfer my tickets to the same seats the following month, to a date of my choosing. They coordinated with the box office and sent me follow ups every step of the way. Thanks Ash at Seat Geek!
