Great App
SeatGeek has gotten a lot better and easier to use. In the past I would avoid it, but they have really worked hard and making it easy and intuitive to use.Nov 18
Hands-down, the best app for buying tickets

So I found Seat Geeks and purchased from you and it was seamless no stress, better seating, better price just a total upgrade you are FOREVER my go to from then UNTIL FOREVER!! I love my Geeks YOUR SERVICE IS PRICELESS!!😍💯⭐️Oct 8
Terrific
I like that you can do installment payments with affirm. Wish you can choose your seating like ticket master. I use both but this here helps with the larger bill to spread out and pay off overtime.Sep 1

Excellent ticket source
Easy to navigate ticket website. Just went to the ND vs Pitt game and used SeatGeek. Very reassuring that the tickets are legitimate and are delivered in a timely manner. Much better than buying tickets from someone on the street.Oct 16
The best ticket app
Very convenient to sell tickets. SeatGeek provides a recommended price and then lists your tickets as a good or bad deal. Every pair of tickets that I’ve listed has sold quickly and they only charge a 10% fee for the sale, not bad at all.Sep 14

Great Customer Service
I tested positive for Covid one day before I was scheduled to see a show I had been looking forward to for a long time. I called support and at 10 pm on a Monday they were able to transfer my tickets to the same seats the following month, to a date of my choosing. They coordinated with the box office and sent me follow ups every step of the way. Thanks Ash at Seat Geek!Feb 7
Exceptional Customer Service
I can’t be more impressed with seat geek. I had an issue with an event that I was going to was canceled. I contacted them and they promptly took care of the issue and I got my money back. Truly appreciate the help!
