KATSEYE “WILDWORLD Tour” 2026 update: Sophia’s hiatus, Megan’s injury and what fans should know

KATSEYE’s biggest tour yet is beginning at one of the most complicated moments of the group’s career.

The “WILDWORLD Tour” launches Tuesday, September 1 at 3Arena in Dublin, beginning a 31-show arena run across Europe and North America. Demand has hardly been the problem: the tour sold out in under 48 hours, additional performances were added in London, Belmont Park, Los Angeles and Mexico City and KATSEYE’s new EP, WILD, just became the group’s first No. 1 on the Billboard 200.

But KATSEYE will not begin the tour with its full six-member lineup.

Sophia will miss the entire UK and European leg as she continues a temporary hiatus to focus on her well-being. Manon remains on the hiatus she began earlier this year. Megan, meanwhile, is recovering from an ankle sprain suffered during tour rehearsals, an injury that forced KATSEYE to cancel its planned appearance at Daisy Chain Fields days before opening night.

Here’s where the “WILDWORLD Tour” stands as it begins.

Is KATSEYE’s “WILDWORLD Tour” still happening?

Yes. KATSEYE has not canceled or postponed the “WILDWORLD Tour,” and the currently scheduled European and North American arena dates are moving forward.

The full tour begins September 1 at 3Arena in Dublin. After nine performances across Europe and the UK, KATSEYE begins the North American portion October 13 at Kaseya Center in Miami. The tour is currently scheduled to conclude with a second night at Palacio de los Deportes in Mexico City on November 28.

The biggest confirmed lineup change involves Sophia. HYBE x Geffen announced August 30 that she will not participate in any European or UK performances from September 1 through September 17 while she continues focusing on her well-being.

That covers the opening stretch in Dublin, London, Manchester, Paris, Amsterdam, Cologne, Antwerp and Copenhagen.

The announcement does not say that Sophia will miss the North American leg. It also does not confirm that she will return for those shows. For now, her participation in the October and November dates remains unconfirmed.

Why is Sophia taking a break from KATSEYE?

Sophia began a temporary hiatus from KATSEYE activities in August.

HYBE x Geffen announced August 7 that she needed an extended period of rest and ongoing care, saying her mental health and wellness needed to be prioritized. At the time, the company said her condition would be reassessed in September.

On August 30, the label provided the first tour-specific update, confirming that Sophia would sit out the full European and UK leg from September 1 through September 17.

There is currently no announced return date. That means fans should not assume the break between Copenhagen on September 17 and Miami on October 13 automatically means she will be back when the North American dates begin.

Is Megan performing on the “WILDWORLD Tour”?

Megan’s situation is different.

KATSEYE announced shortly before Daisy Chain Fields that Megan had sprained her ankle during a tour rehearsal. Doctors advised her to stay off the ankle and allow it to heal, prompting the group to withdraw from its scheduled August 29 festival performance.

Importantly, KATSEYE described that decision as a way to give Megan time to recover so the group could be ready for its upcoming tour.

As of September 1, KATSEYE has not announced that Megan will miss the “WILDWORLD Tour.”

Opening night in Dublin should provide the first indication of Megan’s participation and whether her ankle injury requires any changes to KATSEYE’s choreography or staging.

Is Manon performing on KATSEYE’s tour?

There has also been no announced return from Manon’s temporary hiatus.

HYBE x Geffen announced in February that Manon would step away from group activities to focus on her health and well-being. The company described the break as a temporary hiatus and said KATSEYE would continue scheduled activities in the meantime. No public return date has since been announced.

Until KATSEYE or its management provides another update, fans should not assume Manon will participate in the “WILDWORLD Tour.”

When does KATSEYE’s North American tour begin?

The North American leg begins Tuesday, October 13, 2026, at Kaseya Center in Miami.

KATSEYE then travels through the U.S. and Canada before closing the tour with two performances at Palacio de los Deportes in Mexico City on November 27 and 28.

The current US/Canada itinerary includes 20 performances across 18 cities, including added second nights at UBS Arena in Belmont Park and Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles.

Sophia’s status for all of these performances remains unconfirmed.

KATSEYE “WILDWORLD Tour” 2026 North American dates

The North American leg stretches from mid-October through Thanksgiving weekend, finishing in Phoenix, AZ before a final two-night close in Mexico City.

The full “WILDWORLD Tour” now spans 31 performances across 27 cities and 10 countries.

Will KATSEYE's show be different without the full six-member lineup?

Potentially.

KATSEYE’s choreography and vocal arrangements were originally created around six members, meaning absences could require changes to formations, vocal parts, transitions and other parts of the production.

Sophia is confirmed to miss Europe and the UK, while Manon remains on hiatus. Megan has not been ruled out of the tour, but her recent ankle injury could also affect how physically demanding parts of the show are handled.

KATSEYE and HYBE x Geffen have not announced specific production changes. The first performances of the tour should give fans a much clearer idea of how the group has adapted.
