Buying tix from Seat Geek has been an easy and reliable experience. This is my only go-to for sporting events and concerts.

They are better than StubHub had a horrible experience with them but SeatGeek has been reliable for me and the events I go to. This is my primary place to buy tickets.

I tested positive for Covid one day before I was scheduled to see a show I had been looking forward to for a long time. I called support and at 10 pm on a Monday they were able to transfer my tickets to the same seats the following month, to a date of my choosing. My third year buying tickets from SeatGeek. The availability of tickets and low fees along with seat maps and price recommendations can't be beat. Other sites lure you in with a price but the fees can add 25% or more. Also easy to sell tickets when I can't make it. Finally, tickets available right to start time allowing choices at last minute

Love this site and use it for all of my tickets! Love that you get a view of the seats. They deliver quickly and have great customer service should you need. They are always reliable. And often a few hundred dollars cheaper than other sites.

My wife and I used Seat Geek for the first time last year we bought tickets for both nights of the Metallica concert in May in Nashville and we are outside of Chicago so it was a vacation we had to save for we bought the cheapest tickets and the day of because of production issues they moved us 5 rows from the floor great seats and they made it really right. This is such an easy way to get tickets and at discount prices. Ticket master is good but I believe this is a way easier way to get tickets.
