Great Customer Service
I tested positive for Covid one day before I was scheduled to see a show I had been looking forward to for a long time. I called support and at 10 pm on a Monday they were able to transfer my tickets to the same seats the following month, to a date of my choosing. They coordinated with the box office and sent me follow ups every step of the way. Thanks Ash at Seat Geek!Jul 7
Great experience
I buy all my tickets on SeatGeek when possible I just make sure I se the prices to all fees included so there are no surprises. I like that it keeps history of all the events you have bought over the years. Their support team is also very helpful. I bought some World Series tickets once and they were marked as regular tickets in the app and once the seller sent the tickets they came up as obstructed view so I called support and got a full refund.Oct 3
Best Deals during Crazy Inflation no 🧢
No 🧢 I never been to so many baseball games in one season until this year when i downloaded seatgeek i went to 7 baseball games this season and had amazing seats near the field for no more than $20😭😭😭. If u wanna go to any event and wanna have money still with inflation on the rise, i highly suggest this app only.Jul 6
This Was Great!!
My first ever concert was Tyler, the Creators Chromakopia world tour in Philly. SeatGeek made not only finding amazing suite seats super easy but made finding parking easy too! it does the job and i like the lack of secretive fees. though, i would recommend to anyone to check the website of the event/artist to see if there are competitive prices. additionally, i would recommend checking axs.May 17

It’s so easy to navigate and so easy to get my tickets. Literally got a ticket when the concert had already started and it worked so easily. I’ve tried a ton of other ticket apps and this one is just my favorite.
