Everyone review is different. Mine was good. I bought tickets to see future in Washington D.C. I received confirmation email right away and tickets were sent . Looking forward to buying again. Will keep you updated.

So far seat geek has been great… I can see my tickets for my upcoming event.. I didn’t have to search for them.. they were available for as soon as I downloaded the app.. it’s been awesome thus far…

I love seatgeak because when I used it. Like 2 times it was very easy to find a seat I liked and it worked super well. The value dots are amazing as well green is good and red is bad and orange is ok. I like that it’s visual. Also the interface is very simplistic and easy to navigate. 5 stars!

I heave bough tickets a few times and it’s always super quick and easy plus they always have discounts from either YouTube or something

I tested positive for Covid one day before I was scheduled to see a show I had been looking forward to for a long time. I called support and at 10 pm on a Monday they were able to transfer my tickets to the same seats the following month, to a date of my choosing. They coordinated with the box office and sent me follow ups every step of the way. Thanks Ash at Seat Geek!

Love the app, always use it, I used to compare prices but realized Seat Geek is by far the easiest process to buy tickets. Will always use this app and recommend to friends.
