I tested positive for Covid one day before I was scheduled to see a show I had been looking forward to for a long time. I called support and at 10 pm on a Monday they were able to transfer my tickets to the same seats the following month, to a date of my choosing. They coordinated with the box office and sent me follow ups every step of the way. Thanks Ash at Seat Geek!

Love this site and use it for all of my tickets! Love that you get a view of the seats. They deliver quickly and have great customer service should you need. They are always reliable. And often a few hundred dollars cheaper than other sites.

My first ever concert was Tyler, the Creators Chromakopia world tour in Philly. SeatGeek made not only finding amazing suite seats super easy but made finding parking easy too! SeatGeek is awesome! My wife and I tried to purchase tickets through Gametime, but they never sent the tickets. Standing outside of the stadium just before kickoff, we worried that we would miss her first NFL game. Thankfully, SeatGeek sends the tickets directly and efficiently! My third year buying tickets from SeatGeek. The availability of tickets and low fees along with seat maps and price recommendations can't be beat. Other sites lure you in with a price but the fees can add 25% or more. Also easy to sell tickets when I can't make it. Finally, tickets available right to start time allowing choices at last minute

SeatGeek has a great interface and it is very easy and straightforward to use! Best to use when the team/artist uses SeatGeek as their official site for selling tickets.
