Great Customer Service
I tested positive for Covid one day before I was scheduled to see a show I had been looking forward to for a long time. I called support and at 10 pm on a Monday they were able to transfer my tickets to the same seats the following month, to a date of my choosing. Great App

Better than expected
As a long time user of Ticketmaster and LiveNation they end up having so many charging fees hidden and with the whole Ticketmaster fiasco I’ve been looking for a new place to get tickets and this one is amazing they include fees so I won’t have to be bothered with guessing how much more it’d beDec 30
The best app for tickets
Went to San Diego padre game originally bought 4 tickets ended up only needing 2 resold the other tickets on the app so ez to use!May 30

If you haven’t tried it out then you should. I get my tickets at a way decent price to sporting events and concerts. Even the day off. Remember to be ready for the fun and come dressed for the action!!Jun 22
Metallica
My wife and I used Seat Geek for the first time last year we bought tickets for both nights of the Metallica concert in May in Nashville and we are outside of Chicago so it was a vacation we had to save for we bought the cheapest tickets and the day of because of production issues they moved us 5 rows from the floor great seats and they made it really right.
