Metallica
My wife and I used Seat Geek for the first time last year we bought tickets for both nights of the Metallica concert in May in Nashville and we are outside of Chicago so it was a vacation we had to save for we bought the cheapest tickets and the day of because of production issues they moved us 5 rows from the floor great seats and they made it really right. Great Customer Service
I tested positive for Covid one day before I was scheduled to see a show I had been looking forward to for a long time. I called support and at 10 pm on a Monday they were able to transfer my tickets to the same seats the following month, to a date of my choosing. Seat Geek is surprisingly really good. I’ve used a few of the other ticket apps and they are expensive and charge pretty high fees. The app is super easy to use and works well at the ticket line getting in places. I haven’t had any troubles at all and I’ve been to 10 events using seat geek with my girlfriend. Big Fan!!Nov 17

Very convenient to sell tickets. SeatGeek provides a recommended price and then lists your tickets as a good or bad deal. Every pair of tickets that I’ve listed has sold quickly and they only charge a 10% fee for the sale, not bad at all.Aug 27

Everyone review is different. Mine was good. I bought tickets to see future in Washington D.C. I received confirmation email right away and tickets were sent . Looking forward to buying again. Will keep you updated.May 12

Last Minute Clutch
SeatGeek is awesome! My wife and I tried to purchase tickets through Gametime, but they never sent the tickets. Standing outside of the stadium just before kickoff, we worried that we would miss her first NFL game. Thankfully, SeatGeek sends the tickets directly and efficiently!
