Great Customer Service
I tested positive for Covid one day before I was scheduled to see a show I had been looking forward to for a long time. I called support and at 10 pm on a Monday they were able to transfer my tickets to the same seats the following month, to a date of my choosing. They coordinated with the box office and sent me follow ups every step of the way. Thanks Ash at Seat Geek!Oct 2
Most Intuitive App
This is best app i’ve used to purchase tickets, hands down! I purchase a ton of tickets to live events, and i’ve only had the best experiences using SeatGeek. The deal score feature is incredible and I especially like that you have seat views within the app! Real simple to use!Sep 5
Great app
Even though I’ve used this app twice since I got to compare ticket prices and put up a ticket a bought that I no longer need for sale. I would suggest others to use this app for great ticket prices for concerts, sports games, etc.Aug 27
Future
Everyone review is different. Mine was good. I bought tickets to see future in Washington D.C. I received confirmation email right away and tickets were sent . Looking forward to buying again. Will keep you updated.May 30

If you haven’t tried it out then you should. I get my tickets at a way decent price to sporting events and concerts. Even the day off. Remember to be ready for the fun and come dressed for the action!!Jun 27

MLB tickets
In the last two weeks, we have used seat geek twice. Once for Yankees vs Blue jays and blue jays vs cubs. Each time the seat selection and delivery were easy. I wish the seats were a better deal but each city sets their prices. We are enjoying the appOct 15
