Great Customer Service
I tested positive for Covid one day before I was scheduled to see a show I had been looking forward to for a long time. I called support and at 10 pm on a Monday they were able to transfer my tickets to the same seats the following month, to a date of my choosing. They coordinated with the box office and sent me follow ups every step of the way. Thanks Ash at Seat Geek!May 31

I am so happy with SeatGeek! It is a much friendlier user interface than StubHub. I had some really bad experiences with StubHub lately. Their customer service is horrible. However has been nothing but exceptional and the selection and service is incredible.May 13
Very easy to use
This app is much easier to use than other ticket apps I wish we could download sales history and I also wish for buyer to have better ‘view from the seat’ (row 2 v row 30 should look different).Oct 2
Most Intuitive App
This is best app i’ve used to purchase tickets, hands down! I purchase a ton of tickets to live events, and i’ve only had the best experiences using SeatGeek. The deal score feature is incredible and I especially like that you have seat views within the app! Real simple to use!Jun 30
Great app for tickets!
Used mainly for Cavs tickets, but this app and company is great with buying tickets. Even when there is an issue, customer service is excellent and will fix problems. Love Seatgeek!Jun 13
Went to the Kendrick Sza GNX TOUR

Best Ticket App
I have most of the ticket apps, but SeatGeek is the only one I use. The tickets are consistently cheaper than other apps, and I love the feature they have where you can see the view from your seat! I will always recommend!Sep 3
Should be called Seat Easy
First time using and I was amazed how easy it was to search for my tickets, set up the app to purchase and then finalize. Tickets were in my app within seconds. Will DEFINITELY be using again and again!!
