I tested positive for Covid one day before I was scheduled to see a show I had been looking forward to for a long time. I called support and at 10 pm on a Monday they were able to transfer my tickets to the same seats the following month, to a date of my choosing. They are better than StubHub had a horrible experience with them but SeatGeek has been reliable for me and the events I go to. This is my primary place to buy tickets.
