This really is the best app to shop concerts and events! I’ve gone to 5 different concerts this year all thanks to seat geek! I tested positive for Covid one day before I was scheduled to see a show I had been looking forward to for a long time. I called support and at 10 pm on a Monday they were able to transfer my tickets to the same seats the following month, to a date of my choosing.
