CONCERTS
I use Seat Geek for Concert Tickets. Sometimes they send my orders to Ticketmaster to handle the process. It’s cool though. I’ve never had any problems.Jun 30
Great app for tickets!
Used mainly for Cavs tickets, but this app and company is great with buying tickets. Even when there is an issue, customer service is excellent and will fix problems. Love Seatgeek!Sep 16
Great prices, no hassle
Ive used seatgeek for about a year now to book all of the broadway shows I take my friends/family too. 10/10 would recommend for someone who has no clue what their doing but wants to have a good time (me)Sep 16
Good Ap, good promos
Ap notifications on promos are good, email promos are good. It’s not an overload of spam. They need to market deals somehow, and they do it well.Jun 27

Great Customer Service
I tested positive for Covid one day before I was scheduled to see a show I had been looking forward to for a long time. I called support and at 10 pm on a Monday they were able to transfer my tickets to the same seats the following month, to a date of my choosing. They coordinated with the box office and sent me follow ups every step of the way. Thanks Ash at Seat Geek!Sep 14
Seat Geek never fails!
