I will never use stubhub again. Seet geek is the best way to ticket. You buy the ticket and you know the price. You can’t go, sell the ticket. Takes 5 days to get money back but worth it. Thank you for this company.

I use Seat Geek for Concert Tickets. Sometimes they send my orders to Ticketmaster to handle the process. It’s cool though. I’ve never had any problems.

My wife and I used Seat Geek for the first time last year we bought tickets for both nights of the Metallica concert in May in Nashville and we are outside of Chicago so it was a vacation we had to save for we bought the cheapest tickets and the day of because of production issues they moved us 5 rows from the floor great seats and they made it really right. As a long time user of Ticketmaster and LiveNation they end up having so many charging fees hidden and with the whole Ticketmaster fiasco I’ve been looking for a new place to get tickets and this one is amazing they include fees so I won’t have to be bothered with guessing how much more it’d be

I tested positive for Covid one day before I was scheduled to see a show I had been looking forward to for a long time. I called support and at 10 pm on a Monday they were able to transfer my tickets to the same seats the following month, to a date of my choosing. They coordinated with the box office and sent me follow ups every step of the way. Thanks Ash at Seat Geek!
