Great Customer Service
I tested positive for Covid one day before I was scheduled to see a show I had been looking forward to for a long time. I called support and at 10 pm on a Monday they were able to transfer my tickets to the same seats the following month, to a date of my choosing. They coordinated with the box office and sent me follow ups every step of the way. Thanks Ash at Seat Geek!Nov 19
Excellent ticket source
Easy to navigate ticket website. Just went to the ND vs Pitt game and used SeatGeek. Very reassuring that the tickets are legitimate and are delivered in a timely manner. Much better than buying tickets from someone on the street.Nov 23

Best App to Shop!
After this app was pushed and shoved to my face by every influencer and public figure I finally budged! And I regret not doing so sooner! Thank you TRISHA PAYTAS! This really is the best app to shop concerts and events! I’ve gone to 5 different concerts this year all thanks to seat geek! I’ve been able to get floor or front row tickets for mayor concerts like Olivia Rodrigo, Nicki Minaj, Gloria Trevi, the Cancrlled pod! It’s my go to
There is a reason why so many YouTubers promote this app. It’s so quality and truly does find the best deals and seating every where. Also, it simply finds events that are poorly advertised else where. If it not been for seat geek I would not of known AEW was in my area soon. One thing I’d like to suggest is maybe have a feature where users can select interests and be notified when said interests are within a 50 mile radius. That would be a cool featureJun 30
Great app for tickets!
Used mainly for Cavs tickets, but this app and company is great with buying tickets. Even when there is an issue, customer service is excellent and will fix problems. Love Seatgeek!May 13
Very easy to use
This app is much easier to use than other ticket apps I wish we could download sales history and I also wish for buyer to have better ‘view from the seat’ (row 2 v row 30 should look different).Oct 17
