    Best Ticket App

I have most of the ticket apps, but SeatGeek is the only one I use. The tickets are consistently cheaper than other apps, and I love the feature they have where you can see the view from your seat! I will always recommend!

    Great app with great deals

Very user friendly interface. I’ve used SeatGeek several times and have had a flawless experience every time. Just be mindful of the extra fees to make sure your really getting a good deal. You can toggle on the “See with incl fees” feature to give you a better sense of the value while you search for seats.

SeatGeek must have app for anyone

Looking for the best ticket prices for a game or concert seat geek is a must have! While it's nice to have on your iPhone while on the go...using it on your iPad is the best! I've used it a lot of times and have gone to some of the biggest events while not paying an arm and a leg!

    Better than expected

As a long time user of Ticketmaster and LiveNation they end up having so many charging fees hidden and with the whole Ticketmaster fiasco I’ve been looking for a new place to get tickets and this one is amazing they include fees so I won’t have to be bothered with guessing how much more it’d be

    MLB tickets

In the last two weeks, we have used seat geek twice. Once for Yankees vs Blue jays and blue jays vs cubs. Each time the seat selection and delivery were easy. I wish the seats were a better deal but each city sets their prices. We are enjoying the app

About Katatonia Tickets

Katatonia is a Swedish metal band formed in Stockholm in 1991 by childhood friends Jonas Renkse and Anders Nyström. Originally inspired by doom and death metal acts like Paradise Lost and My Dying Bride, the duo began writing music that combined the heaviness of death metal with the melancholic atmosphere of gothic and progressive rock. Their early sound was characterized by growled vocals, downtuned guitars, and sorrowful melodies, evident in their 1993 debut album Dance of December Souls. This release established Katatonia as pioneers in the Scandinavian doom scene and set the foundation for their signature blend of darkness and emotion.

As the band evolved, Katatonia began to shift away from their death-doom roots toward a more melodic, atmospheric style. With Renkse’s transition from harsh to clean vocals and Nyström’s layered guitar work, albums like Brave Murder Day (1996) and Tonight’s Decision (1999) marked a creative turning point. Their sound matured into a balance of melancholy, melody, and progressive depth, drawing comparisons to acts like Opeth and Anathema. The 2000s brought critical acclaim with releases such as Viva Emptiness (2003) and The Great Cold Distance (2006), both praised for their emotional intensity and introspective lyricism.

Over the years, Katatonia has become one of the most respected names in modern metal, known for their consistency and artistic evolution. Later albums like Dead End Kings (2012), The Fall of Hearts (2016), and Sky Void of Stars (2023) showcase the band’s seamless fusion of progressive rock, alternative metal, and dark ambiance. Their music often explores themes of loss, isolation, and existential reflection, resonating deeply with listeners around the world. Through lineup changes and stylistic shifts, Renkse and Nyström have remained the creative core, ensuring that Katatonia continues to thrive as one of Sweden’s most enduring and influential metal bands.
