I tested positive for Covid one day before I was scheduled to see a show I had been looking forward to for a long time. I called support and at 10 pm on a Monday they were able to transfer my tickets to the same seats the following month, to a date of my choosing. It’s so quick and easy and I can guarantee that if you’re wanting to go to whatever event, and you’re worried about today’s prices, they’ll always be cheaper and affordable tomorrow and sometimes even after just 12 hours (it also helps when my favorite creators have promo codes I can use or save for future purchases).
