Great Customer Service
I tested positive for Covid one day before I was scheduled to see a show I had been looking forward to for a long time. I called support and at 10 pm on a Monday they were able to transfer my tickets to the same seats the following month, to a date of my choosing. They coordinated with the box office and sent me follow ups every step of the way. Thanks Ash at Seat Geek!Oct 8
Convenient
Easy to buy and transfer tickets. Like the interface. All around better than the othersNov 17

Beats Ticketmaster every time
I’ve been using this app for several years. Whenever i want tickets to a see a concert or football game, this is the only way I buy ticketsOct 9
Reliable and easy
Unlike other ticket sellers there is barely any hidden fees and straight up. It makes buying tickets for me very easyOct 15
Reliable and User Friendly
No issues with ticket reception, unlike StubHub which has screwed me over one too many times. I do wish they would ease off on their fees a little.Oct 21
Best ticketing option
Won’t use any ticketing option outside of seat geek. Completely stress free & hasn’t left me hanging onceOct 20

CONCERTS
I use Seat Geek for Concert Tickets. Sometimes they send my orders to Ticketmaster to handle the process. It’s cool though. I’ve never had any problems.
