I tested positive for Covid one day before I was scheduled to see a show I had been looking forward to for a long time. I called support and at 10 pm on a Monday they were able to transfer my tickets to the same seats the following month, to a date of my choosing. Easy to buy and transfer tickets. Like the interface. All around better than the others

I was in a rush to get tickets for a concert and Ticketmaster would let me add my DEBIT CARD, but SeatGeek came in clutch AND got me good seats. Love them.
