Great Customer Service
I tested positive for Covid one day before I was scheduled to see a show I had been looking forward to for a long time. I called support and at 10 pm on a Monday they were able to transfer my tickets to the same seats the following month, to a date of my choosing. They coordinated with the box office and sent me follow ups every step of the way. Thanks Ash at Seat Geek!Dec 10

Ticket Issue
SeatGeek’s team was great in assistance when the seller was not able to transfer the tickets I purchased. SeatGeek sent us tickets in the same section closer to the rink for no additional cost. Would highly recommend.Oct 19
Seat feel
Best ticket app that has ever came around!! So cheap for tickets that shouldn’t be.Jun 23
The best ticket app
Very convenient to sell tickets. SeatGeek provides a recommended price and then lists your tickets as a good or bad deal. Every pair of tickets that I’ve listed has sold quickly and they only charge a 10% fee for the sale, not bad at all.Oct 12
Very smart way to buy great seats
SeatGeek has a Excellent way to make sure you get the best ticket results for the best price that is available. Especially basketball games or concerts even after the event has startedSep 6
I’ve stuck with ya!
I hear about these other apps, but I’m decided to stay here as long as my code David or Jason still works! And thank Ian from Seat Geek also ❤️
