I tested positive for Covid one day before I was scheduled to see a show I had been looking forward to for a long time. I called support and at 10 pm on a Monday they were able to transfer my tickets to the same seats the following month, to a date of my choosing. This is such an easy way to get tickets and at discount prices. Ticket master is good but I believe this is a way easier way to get tickets.

My first ever concert was Tyler, the Creators Chromakopia world tour in Philly. SeatGeek made not only finding amazing suite seats super easy but made finding parking easy too! No issues with ticket reception, unlike StubHub which has screwed me over one too many times. I do wish they would ease off on their fees a little.
