Purchased VIP packages for the MAYHEM Ball on opening night in sin city and looking forward to getting my paws on a package for one of the LA shows

My wife and I used Seat Geek for the first time last year we bought tickets for both nights of the Metallica concert in May in Nashville and we are outside of Chicago so it was a vacation we had to save for we bought the cheapest tickets and the day of because of production issues they moved us 5 rows from the floor great seats and they made it really right. Used mainly for Cavs tickets, but this app and company is great with buying tickets. Even when there is an issue, customer service is excellent and will fix problems. Love Seatgeek!

The app is super easy to use, both to get tickets & to have your tickets scanned at the game.

Very convenient to sell tickets. SeatGeek provides a recommended price and then lists your tickets as a good or bad deal. Every pair of tickets that I’ve listed has sold quickly and they only charge a 10% fee for the sale, not bad at all.

I’ve been able to get floor or front row tickets for mayor concerts like Olivia Rodrigo, Nicki Minaj, Gloria Trevi, the Cancrlled pod! First time using and I was amazed how easy it was to search for my tickets, set up the app to purchase and then finalize. Tickets were in my app within seconds. Will DEFINITELY be using again and again!!

No issues with ticket reception, unlike StubHub which has screwed me over one too many times. I do wish they would ease off on their fees a little.
