Great Customer Service
I tested positive for Covid one day before I was scheduled to see a show I had been looking forward to for a long time. I called support and at 10 pm on a Monday they were able to transfer my tickets to the same seats the following month, to a date of my choosing. it’s great
it does the job and i like the lack of secretive fees. though, i would recommend to anyone to check the website of the event/artist to see if there are competitive prices. additionally, i would recommend checking axs.May 13
Very easy to use
This app is much easier to use than other ticket apps I wish we could download sales history and I also wish for buyer to have better ‘view from the seat’ (row 2 v row 30 should look different).Oct 8
Terrific
I like that you can do installment payments with affirm. Wish you can choose your seating like ticket master. I use both but this here helps with the larger bill to spread out and pay off overtime.Oct 10
