I called support and at 10 pm on a Monday they were able to transfer my tickets to the same seats the following month, to a date of my choosing. This app is much easier to use than other ticket apps I wish we could download sales history and I also wish for buyer to have better ‘view from the seat’ (row 2 v row 30 should look different).
