I called support and at 10 pm on a Monday they were able to transfer my tickets to the same seats the following month, to a date of my choosing. it does the job and i like the lack of secretive fees. though, i would recommend to anyone to check the website of the event/artist to see if there are competitive prices. additionally, i would recommend checking axs.
